KSAT Weather: More clouds and a few showers for Monday

SAN ANTONIO – After a mostly dreary weekend, the start of the new week offers little hope.

Monday looks to be a cloudy day with a few isolated showers here and there. The rain coverage and amounts will not be near as great as what we saw on Saturday.

Grabbing the umbrella before you leave would be a good idea, but most folks won’t need it due to the hit-or-miss nature of the rain.

The morning will start off in the upper 40s and fairly humid. Some areas of fog are possible again as well.

By lunch, we’re still looking at clouds, an isolated shower, and temperatures near 50 degrees.

Afternoon highs will only be in the mid-50s—perfect for an ugly Christmas sweater.

If you’re not the “Ugly-Christmas-Sweater Type”, then a jacket will help make the day a little more comfortable.

If the gloomy Monday isn’t depressing enough, Tuesday doesn’t look much better with more clouds and a greater chance of rain.

A dreary forecast kicks off our work-week, but just remember—this is the last week before Christmas! Happy Monday!
