A 27-year-old Hispanic male is in serious condition after being shot in the head outside a home on the city's Northeast side.
Police say they found the man at the front door of a home on the 200 block of Deerwood.
Witnesses reported seeing a man running from the area, but police are unsure if he was connected to the shooting.
