A chain reaction wreck forced the closure of a section of Loop 410 Monday night.
The crash happened 9:30 p.m. on the southwest section of the Loop at Valley-Hi Dr.
Police shut down the main northbound lanes of Loop 410 at Ray Ellison Dr. so fire and emergency crews could work the crash scene.
Officers said the crash happened when the driver of a black car collided with a trailer being hauled by a pick-up truck.
Police said the car then spun and three other trucks hit it.
They said EMS transported the driver of that car to the hospital, but the other drivers weren't injured.
Police say the man's injuries did not appear serious.
The highway remained closed while fire crews cleared the scene.
