Man stabbed during argument on far North Side

Both men involved in confrontation taken to hospital with injuries

SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are investigating the stabbing of a man overnight following a late night argument. 

The incident occurred just after 1 a.m. Wednesday in the 13900 block of Old Blanco Road on the far North Side.

San Antonio police said one man was stabbed in a parking lot after tensions flared between two men. The man was tended to by emergency responders.

That man was eventually taken to University Hospital with several wounds.

The second man involved in the incident was also taken to a hospital to be checked out after police returned to find him beaten up by a friend of the first man. 

The investigation is on-going, and it is not yet known what charges are pending.
