Police said when they arrived, they found a man on the roof of one of the condos. The man slid down a tree and tried to get away but was caught.

Police said the man led them to believe there could be two more people inside. A SWAT team was called to investigate.

After several hours, the SWAT team entered the condominium but found no one.

The arrested man will face burglary charges. Police are still actively looking for the two other people involved.
