SAN ANTONIO – A man is accused of hitting two young boys for not sharing their nachos.
Jose Arita is charged with two counts of injury to a child after police said he admitted to whipping a 2-year-old and 6-year-old with a telephone cord.

Officials said the boys had visible injuries on their lower backs.
Arita said he stepped over the line and knows that he did something wrong
