SAN ANTONIO – The body of a woman was found early Thursday south of downtown.
Police said a neighbor found the woman unresponsive in an alley around 1 a.m. in the 3500 block of South Flores.

The victim was found covered with a blanket and suffering from possible head trauma, police said.
Homicide investigators were called to the scene and are looking into the case.
