3 wounded in shooting outside Northwest Side sports bar

Shooting occurred just after 2 a.m. in 8700 block of Wurzbach Rd

SAN ANTONIO – Three people are recovering Monday morning after being shot overnight during an argument, San Antonio police said.

The shooting occurred just after 2 a.m. in the 8700 block of Wurzbach Road, found near Fredericksburg Road on the city's Northwest Side.

Police said there was an argument inside the Fourth Quarter sports bar between several individuals that spilled into the parking lot. During the fight a man pulled out a gun and started firing.

Two women and a man were wounded, police said. One of the women was shot in the hand, the other in the arm. The man was shot in the leg, police said.

The three victims were taken to University Hospital for their injuries.

Officials said no arrests have been made as they continue to look for the shooter.
