Chief hopes to put suspected killer back behind bars

The funeral procession to San Jose Burial Park will begin after the funeral service.

Two people were arrested a week after the shooting.

Cody Gann, 18, has been charged with murder. He has since been released on bond. Police Chief William McManus said he called the district attorney, who he said will have a bond hearing Monday.

Suspect in 10-year-old girl's murder was gang rival of victim's brother

The chief hopes that will mean a raised bond and Gann will be heading to jail.

Jasmine Cary, 19, was also arrested in connection to the shooting. She was arrested on an outstanding warrant and a charge of evading arrest.
