SAN ANTONIO – Summer is here and Napa Flats Wood-Fired Kitchen is celebrating with new, seasonal menu items.
Chef Juan Gonzalez cooked their Arugula Beet Salad with Seared Scallops on SA Live, which uses local & seasonal produce.
"I think really what it's about is fresh clean food," said Gonzalez. "This here really is what Napa Flats is about, healthy eating."
Napa Flats offers a menu that feels familiar without being common.
Although the menu is diverse, Napa Flats is known for their pizza.
The pizza is made with their own, tender mozzarella, and their dough is hand tossed and baked in a wood-fired oven.
Gelato is also made in house, and they have a variety of wines on tap.
