Other Spurs give donate time, supplies to relief efforts
SAN ANTONIO – Add San Antonio Spurs' power forward LaMarcus Aldridge to the list of celebrities and athletes giving back to Texans affected by Hurricane Harvey.
On Saturday, Aldridge, feeling inspired by Houston rapper Trae the Truth's hands-on help to those impacted, tweeted he would donate $100,000 to relief efforts.
I see @TRAEABN out there helping in Houston and doing it hands on. So I'm going to give $100k to help you keep going.— LaMarcus Aldridge (@aldridge_12) September 2, 2017
Trae the Truth said he knows Texas appreciates Aldridge's help as much as he does.
