Cloudy skies and drizzly conditions will be around for the morning commute, KSAT 12 meteorologist Justin Horne said.
Temperatures stay chilly, too, with mid to upper 40s likely through most of the morning. In fact, high temperatures will only warm to about 50 degrees this afternoon. In the meantime, the bulk of the heavy rain today will stay to the north, however, light showers and drizzle remain possible, Horne said.
Expect a slight warm-up tomorrow, with mid-50s in the forecast and lower rain chances. By Thursday, another disturbance brings more showers and storms, some of which could be heavy. The sun is not forecast to reappear until late in the weekend, Horne said.

Light to moderate rain will continue on Tuesday, especially in the Hill Country where there is some flooding. A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for the Hill Country until 7 p.m., KSAT 12 meteorologist Mike Osterhage said.
Temperatures are in the upper 40s and will stay there for the rest of the day, Osterhage said. There will be a slight warm up for the rest of the week, but the area will remain wet.
The National Weather Service said that the showers are expected to also continue across portions of the northern Austin metro area as well. Flash Flood Warnings remain in effect for portions of Edwards, Real, Kerr, Gillespie, and Llano counties.
