SAN ANTONIO – With so many options available, choosing the perfect chocolate can make for a tough decision at the Alamo City Chocolate Factory
"We sell about any kind of chocolate you want. We have around 100 selections in our case," owner Scott Smith said.
Smith has began creating detailed desserts since 2005 at his store in the Vineyard Shopping Center in the 1200 block of North Loop 1604 West.
"First, when they step in, it's the aroma that hits them," Smith said. "And when we give them a sample, it's not a regular chocolate."
Smith said the holidays are his favorite time of year.
"We do the molded items. So, a lot of chocolate factories just focus on the truffles. We have 1,000 molds," he said.
Smith hopes many people this holiday season taste his chocolates and find out for themselves why they are so delicious.
