Organizers of the annual Fiesta Oyster Bake expect more than 100,000 oysters to be served between Friday and Saturday, for the event's 101st anniversary.

Remember, if you haven't gotten your fill yet, the last day of the Fiesta Oyster Bake is Saturday. The Texas Cavaliers River Parade will be Monday night, and A Night In Old San Antonio, or NIOSA, begins Tuesday.
