Police are investigating a shooting on the city's northwest side that left one man dead.
It happened about 5:30 a.m. at a home in the 3800 block of Pipers Meadow.

One man was hit.
He died at the scene.
Police took one man into custody. Several witnesses at the scene were questioned.
