San Antonio police don't have much to go on in their investigation into a stabbing.
Police say a man in his mid-20s was stabbed in the neck during an argument.
It happened just after midnight Thursday in the 5800 block of Castle Brook Drive.
The victim was taken to University Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police are still searching for the suspect and have not released many details.
