Flores was not at home at the time of the theft, around 2:30 p.m., but was notified when his van was found three hours later in a nearby community.

"I get a call that somebody had parked my van in front of a random neighborhood out here in the outskirts of this area here. I couldn't believe it because I knew I had left it parked in front of my garage," Flores said.

The van was empty, with no trace of the thief.

"I look inside, and obviously it was stolen, and completely ransacked and completely wiped out inside. In other words, they took everything of personal use in there for my company," Flores said.

Flores estimates he lost anywhere between $5,000 to $10,000 in equipment. It was equipment that took him years to accumulate.

"I mean, tools, saws, Makita drill bits, Makita drills," Flores said.

Flores is hopeful someone can help identify the man.

"I want him off the streets because this guy is a total professional. He's going to put other people in the same situation that we are in right now," Flores said.

Anyone with information on the thief or the stolen items is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 210-224-STOP.
