SAN ANTONIO – VIA Metropolitan Transit will operate special event park and ride service for fans trying to get downtown for the Alamo Bowl Saturday.
The Crossroads Park and Ride, the Madla Transit Center and the Blossom Athletic Center will be available for fans.

VIA will also utilize a downtown special event shuttle that will pick up passengers from specially-marked stops on Market and Commerce streets.
Both service begins at 2:45 p.m. and will continue for one hour after the game ends.
The cost for the park and ride is $2.50 each way, with discounts for children, seniors, students, active duty military members in uniforms and people with a reduced fare ID.
A fare for the shuttle service is $1.30 one way or 65 cents for reduced fare riders and exact fare is required. All VIA passes are valid for the shuttle service.
