That lawsuit, filed last week, claims that Montelongo took thousands of dollars from them for "flipping" seminars that just did not pay off. Joey Feek, who with her husband, Rory, formed the award-winning country duo Joey + Rory, died Friday, her manager said. Feek, who had been diagnosed with cancer two years ago, died at home in Indiana, Aaron Carnahan said. Her charred remains discovered along South W.W. White Road last August, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is asking, “Do you know this woman?” By releasing a forensic drawing of the unidentified murder victim, spokesman James Keith said that investigators are trying to bring justice to anyone who might have known her. Bexar County is considering filing criminal charges against a business owner who refuses to clean up his trash-filled property. Public works director Rene Green said the county has been taking the owner to court for years with little result. It's been an agonizing 10 days for a Boerne woman who's been searching for her missing German Shepherd in the San Antonio Medical Center area. Finding Presley means everything to Yvette Trevino, who suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder. The dog and owner have been together for eight years.

TUESDAY

Vote, it is all anyone in Texas talked about on Super Tuesday.

MONDAY

It is a war that San Antonio is embracing with open arms. Who makes the best breakfast tacos, Austin or us? The SA Rodeo might have wrapped up this weekend, but the political rodeo carries on. Both Bill Clinton and Ted Cruz made stops in San Antonio on Monday, hoping to gin up additional support before Super Tuesday. A a tragic update to breaking news from Sunday night. And the Oscar goes to…

After five nominations without a win, the sixth time was the charm for Leonardo DiCaprio, thanks to his performance as a vengeful frontiersman in "The Revenant." Spotlight won best picture and Brie Larson won best actress for her performance in "Room." But don't feel bad for the losers at this year's Academy Awards ceremony -- they won't be leaving empty-handed. According to The Daily Beast, this year's Oscars gift bag will contain a record $200,000 worth of swag. While the awards ceremony celebrates the best in film, it isn't exactly a popularity contest. But what if it was? Ticket sales are a great indicator of what is popular at the cineplex, so we looked up who brought home the gold in terms of the U.S. box office in each of this year's five major Oscar categories.

Politics for days

First off, do your civic duty and vote! We’ve even made it easy for you to find your polling place and we have voter guides on our politics page. #Winning

Now let’s break down just a smattering of the issues that are making headlines.

South Carolina berns for Hillary! No surprise here, Hillary Clinton walked away with a huge victory in the South Carolina primary, to the tune of 73.5 percent of the vote to Bernie’s 26 percent.

By publicly rejecting Wall Street cash, Bernie Sanders has built a fundraising juggernaut that is based on mostly small donations -- sometimes from quirky sources. That includes a company selling a popular pipe set with the Sanders logo on it.

Sens. Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz released their income and federal tax data. The Rubio campaign only released the top lines of the forms, not the complete documents, providing only a limited look at Rubio's itemizations or how he accounted for much of his money. Cruz’s tax summaries show that he and his wife reported more than $5.2 million in income in those years and paid an average effective tax rate of 37.6 percent. Donald Trump said he has no plans to release his tax returns, despite pressure from Cruz and Rubio, because IRS audits are ongoing.

The Donald got caught up in yet another scandal, if you can even call it that anymore. Trump wouldn't disavow David Duke's support for his presidential bid, saying Sunday that he knows nothing about the white supremacist leader. Though many on social media were quick to say he has disavowed Duke many times over the previous months.

Chase ends in gunfire

An alleged car thief died Saturday after he was shot multiple times in a shootout with Wilson County Sheriff deputies and a DPS trooper. Wilson County Sheriff Joe Tackitt said the shooting happened around 9 a.m. after deputies chased the man to Highway 181 and Loop 1604. Chris Jacobs was recording on his cell phone when the suspect opened fire on deputies and shared his story with KSAT. Please note, these stories have the raw video Jacobs recorded on his phone that some may find is graphic and hard to watch.

Lone Star sports wrap

No bull about it, those longhorns are crushing it. UT's victory over OU gave the men's basketball team its fourth straight win over a top-10 team this year. I know what time it is! Do you? In this week's Race for Seis Webcast, KSAT's RJ Marquez and David Sears preview the Spurs upcoming home schedule which features both Golden State and OKC plus we look back at some colorful Spurs spokesmen after Kawhi Leonard's recent Jordan brand photo shoot. The Spurs finished up the rodeo road trip with a win over the Houston Rockets, 104-94. The silver and black now sit at 50-8 on the season and have won at least 50 games the past 17 straight seasons, an NBA record.
