LIVE OAK, Texas – The city of Live Oak and its police department are providing a new way to keep people safe when participating in internet transactions.
The “safe exchange zone” offers residents a place to make these transactions. The location provides two dedicated parking spots in front of the Justice Center and allows people to buy, sell or trade merchandise in a well-lit area that’s covered by surveillance cameras and is highly visible from the street.
