SAN ANTONIO – The body of a man who police believe was killed in a hit-and-run was found early Sunday morning on the city's West Side.
Police received a call around 1:30 a.m. about someone lying in the grass near Loop 410 and Highway 90.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
