Converse hosting annexation meeting Tuesday

Mayor, City Council members expected to answer questions, concerns

CONVERSE, Texas – Residents in unincorporated Bexar County and the city of Converse are encouraged to attend a meeting Tuesday evening to discuss the city’s plans for incorporating areas around the town.  

The city of Converse has proposed incorporating several square-miles of Bexar County – providing city services to several neighborhoods.

The meeting will take in City Council chambers beginning at 7 p.m.

The mayor and City Council are expected to attend the meeting to answer residents' questions and concerns.

The proposed annexation would increase the size of the city from a little over seven square miles to just over 12.
