HIDALGO COUNTY – An AMBER Alert has been issued for a missing 13-year-old girl.
Officials say Priscilla Elisabel Martinez is five foot 11 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes. She has black glasses and is about 160 pounds.
Authorities said they are also looking for Rudolfo Nuncio Junior in connection with the case.
He is 41-years-old and is five foot eight inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes. He weighs 180 pounds and was last seen in Dallas.
The alert says he is driving a silver 2015 Dodge Ram pickup truck. It has the license plate HFW2831.
The pickup truck has mud flaps on the back with winged horses on them.
Law enforcement officials believe this child to be in grave or immediate danger.
