Federal judge denies bond for suspect involved in mail carrier's shooting

SAN ANTONIO – A federal judge has denied bond for one of the suspects accused of being involved in the shooting of a mail carrier in Spring Branch almost two weeks ago.

Bradley A’Hearn, 22, appeared in court Thursday morning. He is charged with assaulting a federal agent, carjacking, mail theft and interfering with commerce by violence.

The two other people arrested in connection to the shooting, Sara Richford and Piper Lee, are scheduled to appear in court on March 2.

All three are accused of being involved in a crime spree which included the shooting of the mail carrier and an incident at North Star Mall last Tuesday.
