Former WWE wrestler Gabbi Tuft came out as transgender this week, saying, "This is me. In the ring, Tuft went by the name "Tyler Reks," wrestling professionally from the late 2000s to the early 2010s. SAN ANTONIO – A former WWE wrestler from San Antonio has been indicted by a Bexar County grand jury on charges that he kidnapped and sexually assaulted a woman. Jose A. Rodriguez Chucuan, 42, was indicted on one count of aggravated kidnapping and four counts of sexual assault, the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office said. The arrest affidavit said Rodriguez Chucuan then sexually assaulted her. Officials said the victim couldn’t remember much following the incident, after Rodriguez Chucuan allegedly placed his hand around her throat. Rodriguez Chucuan was arrested May 9 by San Antonio police.

Update 4:30 p.m.:The swimmers have been found safely, according to the sheriffs office. Original story:The Guadalupe County Sheriffs Office is searching for two tubers who went missing on Tuesday. The tubers were on the San Marcos River, downstream from the Sons Blue River Camp, according to a news release form the sheriffs office. The swimmers are described as a male wearing khaki shorts and no shirt and a female wearing a black T-shirt and gray shorts, according to the news release. Rodriguez Chucuan, was arrested on May 9 after a woman told authorities that he'd struck and sexually assaulted her, the station reported, citing an arrest affidavit.Del Rio, a San Antonio resident, allegedly accused the victim of infidelity and slapped her multiple times, according to the document.The former wrestler made the victim put on a dress and dance for him, telling her that if she cried, hed take her son and drop him off in the middle of the road somewhere, KSAT reported.According to the affidavit, Del Rio then sexually assaulted the woman, allegedly placing a hand around her throat. Authorities were able to see the victims injuries and photographed them as evidence, the station reported.Del Rio was released on May 10 after meeting his $50,000 bond, according to KSAT.Chucuan did two stints WWE during the 2000s. He became the first Mexico-born world champion in WWE history after he won the WWE Championship and the World Heavyweight Championship two times each.He also owned the La Cantinita restaurant in San Antonio, which closed in 2017
