Man killed in two-vehicle crash near Loop 1604, FM 1346 identified

Westley Robinson, 24, was pronounced dead at the scene

SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the person killed in a two-vehicle crash in East Bexar County on Wednesday night.

24-year-old Westley Robinson died when the sports car he was driving collided with a sports utility vehicle at the intersection of FM 1346 and Loop 1604 around 7:30 p.m.

Deputies said Robinson's car was traveling southbound on Loop 1604 and had attempted to pass a vehicle on the right-hand side when he lost control and crossed into the northbound lanes of oncoming traffic.

The driver of the SUV was eventually cleared by emergency crews but Robinson was pronounced dead at the scene.
