SAN ANTONIO – A woman is in the hospital Tuesday morning after she was hit by a car overnight, San Antonio police said.
The accident occurred just after 9:30 p.m. in the 6900 block of Ingram Road, found on the city's Northwest Side.
Police said the woman was attempting to cross the street when she was hit by the vehicle.
The woman was taken to an area hospital with head injuries. Her condition is not presently known.
The driver did stop to render aid and will not be facing any charges, police said.
