Grazing not an option at this barbecue food truck

Flavor Favs: Cow Tippin BBQ food truck

San Antonio – It's a one-of-a-kind food truck that you will probably never see anybody else roll out.

The Cow Tippin BBQ food truck is spotted like a cow and everything inside was made using recycled items.

Owner Manny Olivo said it took him two years to build, and he is now getting to enjoy turning it into a successful business.

"I went in and thought that this would be a great idea and a great opportunity for me," Olivo said.

You had better bring your appetite when visiting this truck, because every menu item is Texas-sized.

One in particular is the cow patty, which is french fries loaded with brisket, shredded cheese, barbecue sauce and bacon bits.

So as the temperatures begin to cool off it's worth getting your herd together and trying the fare at the Cow Tippin BBQ food truck.
