SAN ANTONIO – Multiple people are suffering from injuries caused by several overnight accidents.
The first accident happened around 12 a.m. Saturday near the Alamo.

According to police, a driver crashed into a horse-drawn carriage and then fled the scene.
The impact of the crash threw the carriage driver from the carriage. She is expected to be OK.
No passengers were inside the carriage at the time of the crash.
Police are looking for a white Nissan two-door car.
The second accident happened around 3 a.m. near Hillcrest Drive and Northwest 36th Street.
According to police, the driver lost control of his vehicle, hit a curb, causing the car to flip over.
A woman and a six-month-old child were taken to Methodist Hospital.
No word on their condition.
Police say the driver is not expected to face any charges.
The third accident happened around 5:30 a.m. on Loop 1604 near Lockhill-Selma.
Police called out for a wrong-way driver on the highway minutes before reporting a head-on collision.
The highway was shut down to one lane, but is now back open.
No word on any injuries.
The fourth accident happened around 4:30 a.m. near Vance Jackson and Newcastle Lane.
According to police, a man was leaving a party when he hit a curb, lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree.
The driver was taken to University Hospital in critical condition.
Police say speed and alcohol may have been factors.
The fifth accident happened around 6:45 a.m. on Walzem Road, just East of Interstate 35.
An officer was stopped at a red light when a truck hit him from behind, pushing the officer's vehicle into the intersection.
No injuries were reported.
The driver of the truck told police he had just gotten off of work and fell asleep at the wheel.
No word on what charges the driver may be facing.
