An arrest warrant affidavit stated that the 81-year-old woman reported the incident Saturday, telling San Antonio police that she recognized Aguilar as someone who had mowed her lawn in the past.

She said he knocked on her door Saturday, offering to cut her grass again. However, she said she declined the offer.

The affidavit stated that the woman told police Aguilar then opened her screen door and entered her home.

She said he grabbed her around her waist and squeezed her while telling her that he wanted money.

The woman said she feared for her safety because Aguilar had a screwdriver in his pocket, the affidavit stated.

She told police he let her go after she convinced him that she didn't have any money. He then apologized and asked her not to call police, the affidavit stated.

It stated that a neighbor had noticed Aguilar walking near the woman's home and gave police a description, including that he had sores on his face.

Officers recalled having contact with a man earlier that same day who matched the description, the affidavit stated.
