2 men facing charges in 20 convenience store beer thefts

Suspects stole multiple 18 packs of beer each time, police say

SAN ANTONIO – Two men have been arrested in connection with 20 different theft cases involving beer stolen from convenience stores all over San Antonio.

Julian Brothers, 27, and Dominic Marshall, 28, both were taken into custody Wednesday.

In an arrest warrant affidavit, San Antonio police say the two men were caught on surveillance cameras stealing the beer exclusively from Corner Stores.

Police said they can been seen carrying out multiple 12-, 18-, and 24- packs of Bud Light and Miller Lite without paying. On one day in April, they're accused of stealing eleven 18-packs of beer at once.

The affidavit details each theft, showing dates back to January but most happened in March or April.

In all, Brothers and Marshall are accused of stealing more than $3,300 worth of beer.

The affidavit said Brothers has a history of doing this so he faces an enhanced theft charge.
