The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the body of a woman found in a southwest Bexar County home.
The body of Gabriela Sandoval, 22, was found by a family member Saturday inside a home in the 11300 block of Cache Path, Bexar County sheriff's deputies said.
Investigators said Saturday Sandoval had multiple injuries, but did not say what kind of injuries she suffered.
The medical examiner said a cause of death was pending Wednesday night.
