Thirsty Thursday, best pizza in SA, Thomas Jefferson High School Lassos, couture on a budget & more

SAN ANTONIO – Today at 1 p.m., it’s Thirsty Thursday, Mattenga’s Pizza was voted the best pizza in SA, the Thomas Jefferson High School Lassos will be performing at KSAT Pigskin Classic, couture on a budget from Minx and Onyx Vintage and more.

It’s Thirsty Thursday and Devils River Whiskey Distillery joins us to make whiskey cocktails and chat about their upcoming Whiskey Business that benefits the Witte Museum.

The Moon’s Daughters will be catering at the Whiskey Business event and they will be showing us how to make their enchanting baba ghanoush hummus.

Mattengas Pizza was voted Best Pizza in San Antonio 2023 and they make their unique zenchilada pizza which combines jalapeno and green chile.

We take a trip to visit the Thomas Jefferson High School Lassos, as well as Southside High School marching band to preview what they will be performing at the KSAT Pigskin Classic games.

Kuhlman Cellars shows us a wonderful watermelon salad recipe you can make at home.
