SAPD: DWI driver T-bones minivan, pushes vehicle into bus station

A man was arrested on DWI charges after police say he T-boned a minivan that was pulling out of a North Side shopping center.

According to police, the impact pushed the van into a bus stop.

It happened just before midnight in the 8500 block of McCullough Avenue near Rector Road.

Officers said the suspected drunken driver was speeding when he T-boned the other vehicle.

He is now charged with DWI and intoxication assault.
