Authorities seek clues in murder of 17-year-old in Leon Valley

SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police and Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s help in an unsolved fatal shooting from September.

Zachariah Bostic, 17, was found shot in the chest on Sept. 13 around 10 p.m. in the 5600 block of Prentiss Drive in Leon Valley.

Police said they were called to the area of Forest Moss Street where they found numerous shell casings.

Emergency crews found Bostic a short time later and he was transported to a hospital, but he later died of his injuries.

Anyone with any knowledge of the incident is urged to call Crime Stoppers at (210) 224-STOP.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
