SAN ANTONIO – Three people were taken to the hospital following a head-on vehicle collision overnight, San Antonio police said Thursday.
The accident was reported just before 10 p.m. Wednesday on West Greenway Avenue and Cupples Road on the city's Southwest Side.
Police said at this time they are not sure which vehicle crossed the yellow line, but at one point the vehicles collided.

A passenger inside one of the vehicles was taken to University Hospital with a head injury, but is expected to recover. The two drivers were taken as a precaution.
