Human trafficking suspect accused in case involving 2 teenage boys arrested
SAN ANTONIO โ A 27-year-old man was arrested Friday in a human trafficking case involving two teenage boys, San Antonio police say. Officer Alisia Pruneda, a spokesperson for the San Antonio Police Department, said Zachary Neauhaus was arrested on the Northeast Side after the teens made an outcry to police following months of interaction with the suspect. Pruneda said the victims knew Neauhaus because they were buying drugs from him and had exchanges with him for about eight months. Eventually, Neauhaus started asking the teens for explicit pictures and sexual favors in exchange for drugs, police say. Neauhaus faces two counts of continuous trafficking of persons because it was longer than 30 days, Pruneda said.

The woman, 45, became irate after hearing about the murder and an argument ensued between her and Morales, Salazar said.
Man accused of beating, pistol-whipping woman while driving to gas station arrested, BCSO says
BEXAR COUNTY, Texas โ Bexar County deputies arrested a man Tuesday for allegedly beating a woman and hitting her with a gun, officials said. A victim told deputies 44-year-old Mario Perez Ramirez punched her in the face and ribs and also hit her with a pistol on Monday while they were on their way to a gas station in west Bexar County, officials said. The woman feared for her life and escaped from the suspect while at the gas station, officials said. The suspect drove off, but after a short chase, he stopped and ran inside a gas station on Highway 211 and Culebra Road, BCSO said. A deputy arrived at the scene of the crash to help with traffic while a tow truck was loading up the vehicle. The deputy parked off the road about 75 feet behind the tow truck, Salazar said. The married coupleโs daughter and the deputy were in the deputyโs patrol car while the vehicle was being loaded up on the tow truck, Salazar said. The patrol car was sent flying about 75 feet into the tow truck, Salazar said. He said at one point, the patrol car flipped and landed on top of the man and his wife, pinning them underneath.

Salazar said Ochoa told the hospital staff she had suffered the miscarriage while on a toilet. Salazar said Ochoa told BCSO investigators the same story she told hospital staff members. โItโs apparent to us that this suspect has tampered with evidence in this case, namely the body of this child. We believe that the baby is deceased, but we, of course, no longer believe her story about it having been flushed,โ Salazar said. Salazar said investigators believe Ochoa disposed of the baby some other way.

Two men arrested in murder of tattoo artist dating back to June, police say

Alisia Pruneda, public information officer for the San Antonio Police Department, said 23-year-old Jason Davis was arrested Wednesday in the murder of Frank Lara, 23. She said 24-year-old Christian Macias, who was in the Bexar County Jail on separate charges, is also facing charges in the case. Christian Macias, 24 (KSAT)Pruneda said Lara, who was a tattoo artist, was first reported missing in July. Davis and Macias are facing murder charges.
