Medical Examiner identifies man killed in East Side road rage shooting
SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the man killed in an East Side road rage shooting late Tuesday night. Jaylin Warren, 22, was fatally shot while riding inside a car just after 11 p.m. in the 4300 block of Interstate 10 East. According to police, Warren and a 25-year-old man were heading near East Commerce Street and East Houston Street when, for some unknown reason, a maroon Impala began firing. Police said the driver of the vehicle was shot in the back and Warren was shot in the back and head, killing him. The driver exited the highway and pulled onto the access road where he called for help.
