Mayor forms new committee to discover how community can better prepare for future crises

SAN ANTONIO โ€“ San Antonio Mayor Ron Nirenberg announced on Tuesday that he would be forming a new committee to discover how the city can better prepare for situations like last weekโ€™s winter storm in the future. According to Nirenberg, the storm impacted residents and led to โ€œquestions and calls for accountability,โ€ along with ongoing concerns for the cityโ€™s own resilience and preparedness.
