ROBSTOWN — For the second consecutive season with playoffs, the Los Fresnos Falcons are heading to the Class 6A regional quarterfinals. The Falcons won Game 1 by a score of 5-3 on Thursday night. The Bears recorded the first hit on a Connor Meagher single, but the basepaths were cleared as the Falcons turned a 4-6-3 double play. Brennan got a pair of runners on base in the third, but Loa recorded back-to-back punchouts to end the threat. The first section states that if a president dies or resigns or is removed from office, the vice president shall become president. Section 3 allows the president to temporarily transfer power to the vice president, and Section 4 explains how Cabinet members and the vice president can invoke the amendment to remove a president who is unable to fulfill his role.
