The project is scheduled to be completed by March 9 with crews working from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.Luckily, the work is happening in the overnight hours as the project is located in a busy part of Edinburg that includes the courthouse and the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley. According to the release, drivers should expect lane reductions and possible delays while crews are present.
